• Customized and personalized items are non-refundable.

• Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of order confirmation.

• In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 – 14 business days using the original payment method.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
